Although the atrocities committed by the Nazis are going to be a deep scar in our history, there are a few other figures who committed some monstrosities too. In the past, we wrote about Mussolini, Stalin, Genghis Han, and many others who were definitely cruel rulers, but we might have forgotten to mention some details about Imperial Japan.
