The sudden presence of lights in the night sky has been fueling lots of conspiratorial theories related to UFOs. Moreover, some of the pictures that nobody can explain show these strange lights. One of the best ones shows the strange incident that occurred one night in 1997 near Pheonix, Arizona.
The bizarre lights in the sky startled so many people that the Arizona governor changed his mind midstream, at first ridiculing the idea of UFOs and eventually becoming an avid supporter of the UFO theory.
