Bonnie Parker

We doubt there is one person that has not heard about the infamous duo Bonnie and Clyde. After all, they have become a pop culture phenomenon, and their story has been immortalized a lot in all types of media, from TV shows and movies to songs and books based on their stories. The duo has a fascinating story, but who was Bonnie Parker outside of her lover?

The smart woman was one of the rulers of the Barrow Gang, which activated back in the 1930s and terrorized all of America with their organized bank robberies and various shootouts with law enforcement. She became one of the central figures of the gang. Not only did her wrongdoings bring about her fame, alongside various murders and organized heists, but so did a photoshoot they agreed to have near the gangsters’ Missouri hideout.

We doubt any of them would have thought this is how they would go down in history or that they would be a part of it at all. But Bonnie showed everyone that not only men were prolific gangsters in that period of time!
