Adolf Hitler: 6 Facts That Will Give You Goosebumps

Adolf Hitler was an aspiring artist

It’s always bold to think about how different the century would have been if Adolf Hitler’s youthful aspirations to become a successful artist had been realized. He tried pursuing a career as an artist, but the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna rejected both of his application submissions. Hitler’s lack of a high school diploma prevented him from applying to the School of Architecture, which the director advised him to do instead.

However, many art critics stated that his talent was mainly for architectural drawings and that the paintings were actually good, but he was less interested in the human figure. But Adolf Hitler’s interest in the artistic field didn’t stop because during the Third Reich, he removed all the famous painters like Picasso or Klee because they were either Bolshevik or Jewish. All their paintings were moved to a condemnatory exhibition.

In fact, the Nazis amassed important and priceless works of art, frequently in the name of “kunstschutz,” or “art protection.” The Hague Convention Respecting the Laws and Customs of War on Land (1899 and 1907) established this procedure, but excessive looting occurred in occupied areas, and the possessions of targeted minorities were taken.

After World War II, a Führermuseum was supposed to be built in Linz, Austria, but part of the artwork was seized and placed in the private collections of Hitler, Göring, and Goebbels. Up to 100,000 pieces of art that were removed from 1.4 million train cars are still unaccounted for.

    Respected
I am interested in history; American and world. I have written several books on
freemasonry, also the film script Fortress of Ashes about Auschwitz (which I translated
into the book Silence for Eyes, which was published in Slovenian and Croatian. I also wrote
a book about Jasenovac (Prayer for Jasenovac)

    . With respect

  2. The Holocaust Diniers are more evil and degenerate than their iconic leader. :The Deniers should be subjected to the same conditions the unfortunates lived through.

    1. So you are just as much of a torturer as the people who tortured the Jews. Isn’t that special. You believe that people need to be tortured because of their ignorance or disbelief? It is hard to believe that anyone could have so much hatred to have perpetrated such heinous acts of horror upon their fellow man. And you want to torture people because they cannot bring themselves to believe it? You are very sick.

  3. I don’t think that he committed suicidal. They never had him examined after his death and he had the two bodies burned beyond recognition. I think he went to South America to join a number of Nazis. Some of them were caught and deported and executed.

    1. Have always hoped he made it to South America……and reading info,
Still hope and think very possible.
      He started with food ideas.
      A. Smart man !!!
      From a German .

  4. I didn’t know they got married and the Italian shoes only thing good was that pair of shoes. I knew all about the other. Thank you for sharing.

  5. Very Interesting details of this maniac. And to think that some folks around the world still follow his doctrines.
    Crazy!!!

  6. Excellent presentation of many of the facts known about this beast; obviously, there is so very, very much more.

  7. My Dad served and fought in WW2. As a boy, I remember him saying these exact words: “Hitler was one evil, nasty S.O.B.”. I will always remember that. Truer words have never been spoken.

  8. This article is another product of dribble written by the victors of WWII. It’s amazing how utterly ignorant people are of history. For those of you who relish the term “Holocaust denier” by accusing anyone with cognitive abilities, endeavoring to ask questions, through real, research, I’m not certain you can be taught, anything?
As far as the “facts” mentioned in this article, all of them can be found in the many books concerning Hitler, but since history is written by the victors, who knows what’s true, and what is not?
I have studied the Second World War and the Third Reich for many years, and I have never been “chilled” after reading any of it. If one truly intends to study history, dispassionately, then get on with it, and stop using your heart or sex organs to think.

  9. This is not worth reading. To many scams to get you to site you don’t want, and each page repeats same information DO NOT BOTHER

  10. Not many know but entire complex was built for him in the Hollywood Hills by those who believed he would win the war. Some say the buildings were demolished while others say they are intact. But never the less I have been escorted out several times after only passing thru the gate by about twenty-five feet.

  11. This article tries to humanize a barbarian with delusions of grandeur! Nothing in this article is new, and frankly it’s tiring reading about this monster. Of course he didn’T go to the camps, that would have made him face his demons…. I wish people would stop using the word Nazi or Hitler to describe every politician that disagrees with them…. It belittles the victims of the Holocaust, and it makes it look like there is room on this planet for another atrocity.. In fact,T there are other mass slaughters going on, but no one talks about it. The Sudan, Libya, Yemen, China, Syria, and more are committing mass murder on their own people, yet where is the Outrage???? I would like to see more articles about the current atrocities to remind people that if you don’t learn from history, you are doomed to repeat it.

    1. Trump is Hitler. Wants to dump hundreds of Guatemalan kids in Guatemala without parents. Up to now the courts have blocked him.

  12. It’s a shame that most people don’t take the time to actually search out the truth . Hitler was not a maniac, in fact just the opposite, he was trying to cleanse the world of parasites !! The gassing of Jews is a lie !! He tried to save us from the evil Jewish Bolshevik red plague !

  13. Strange Hitler never had children to carry on his madness for his country. Sad that a mad man could stigmatize a nation to carry on his ill gotten thoughts to get rid of an entire race of Jewish people whose only fault was being Jewish. Hitler was a sad sick monster figure who finally met his end not by glory but by defeat. Those who are deniers if they were sent to killing camps would say, now I believe. Shame on them

  14. So, where are the ‘6 Facts’ you mentioned?

Someone published that Hitler said he would ‘make Germany great again.’ If this is true, shouldn’t THIS be published over and over? Maybe become your 7th Fact! American Republicans need to see this over and over so they can quit fawning over Trump and dragging the United States of America into ruin.
